The Malipalooza! 2011 annual summer festival will take place on Saturday, August 27 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. at , located on Pacific Coast Highway at Malibu Canyon Road. The event is free and open to the public.
Festival highlights include stage performances, a variety of gourmet food trucks, children's activities, reptile touch tank provided by Reptacular Animals, and booths for nonprofit organizations and businesses. The event will conclude with a special film screening of Raiders of the Lost Ark, as part of the city of Malibu's CineMalibu outdoor summer movie series. The movie will begin at dusk.
Malipalooza! debuted in 2007 as an opportunity to combine civic spirit, family fun and philanthropy in a community celebration.
