Leonardo DiCaprio Sells Beachfront Malibu Home
DiCaprio's Malibu Colony house sold for $17.3 million, almost $6 million less than his original asking price last year.
The Wolf of Wall Street star Leonardo DiCaprio's newly remodeled 1927 home has been sold after being on the market since 2012.
Originally a Cape Cod style, the property has three buildings with the main 7-bedroom home and two private guest houses. The Malibu Colony property has a beach view deck and beach access, but was reported to have been on the market so long because of the dull interior design.
The property was for rent over the summer and was ultimately sold for $17.35 million, lowered from the initial $23 million asking price last year.
