Malibu Adoptions Can Save These Lives

This week we've got two dogs at either end of the spectrum size-wise. And personality-wise as well. One so tiny and shy that you can lift him with two fingers. The other a mid-range model with a delightfully giddy grin.

Earl

It's fall and time for some hearty meals and good home-cookin', and that's just the type of home that Earl would like to have. Everyone who meets Earl says "oh, but he's so skinny." True, he's only 4.38 pounds but, having come into the shelter at 3.94, we can tell he's on the road to becoming fat and sassy. Well, not exactly, perhaps, but he is filling out. 

Earl is a tender little fellow who is truly timid but even more adorable than he is shy. He loves to be cuddled but will prance along on a leash once he gets comfortable with you. He's got a handsome tricolor coat (underneath the sweater we gave him for our adoption event) and sparks attention when out in the public eye. 

Earl is just a year young, gets along with everyone, including all the other small dogs he shared a pen with. As tiny as he is, he needs someone with a big heart to make his life complete. Earl's adoption number is A1350009.

Wiggles

Here is one very silly puppy who is in a state of continual abundant joy. What entertainment she provides to anyone lucky enough to watch her. Far better than any sitcom or reality show.

Wiggles is probably a bit under a year of age judging from her puppy-like attitude.  She's all over the place and, of course, wiggling.  Walking, romping, and, especially in your lap. Yes, this 52 pound girl thinks that she belongs right next to you or, even better, on top of you when you are sitting down. 

She's gaga for people and always more than ready to say hello with kisses.  Wiggles is a stunner with a beautiful brindle coat and long dark muzzle. Unfortunately, this photograph her makes her appear much heftier than she is. In reality, she's got a lovely figure and an even lovelier, striking face. 

Wiggles was turned in with a sweetheart rottweiler and she has been kenneled with other dogs. You'll be smiling the moment you meet her. Wiggles' adoption number is A1351863.
