Paisley
There's nothing plain about a paisley pattern. It twirls and swirls, can be Indian or Scottish or even psychedelic.
Our shelter Paisley has never traveled to distant shores and she's never spent time in a commune with hippies. She is somewhat plain -- but by that I mean, plain and simply, very sweet.
Paisley is a straight-forward little lady, just 15 pounds. A purebred Jack Russell, 8 years old, who grabs your heart from the moment you see her adorable face.
It's plain to anyone who meets Paisley that the shelter is no place for a dog like her. It's cold. She's shivering in her kennel. She's suffering. She's so so sad to be away from the only home she ever knew.

Hula
Never one to refuse a chance to dance, Hula has recently specialized in the Hawaiian art form. She loves to swing her hips when you approach her kennel, looking up at you with eyes full of tenderness.
Hula is wondering if you might want to take a lesson or two from her, preferably in your home. She has no interest in remaining in the shelter and prefers a quieter setting for her instruction.
Hula issuch a wonderful middle-aged orphan, 5 years of age and 51 round pounds of faithfulness. She's gentle with other dogs and sincere and totally unpretentious with her human friends. She gives her love unconditionally and is truly deserving of a new home.
