Women's Club to Raise Funds For Malibu Scholarships

The event, "Nurturing Leaders of Tomorrow" is set for 6 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Bel Air Bay Club, 16801 Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades, according to organizers.

The Malibu Women's Club will hold its annual scholarship fund-raising event to benefit Malibu students next month.

The event, “Nurturing Leaders of Tomorrow" is set for 6 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Bel Air Bay Club, 16801 Pacific Coast Highway in Pacific Palisades, according to organizers.

“Because each member places a high value on learning, the Woman’s Club members are looking forward to raising money to benefit our educational scholarship fund,” event chair Linda Euler said.

Headliner Grant Sndyer will auction several masterpieces, including an oil painting, Point Dume Blue, by famous local artist Kathleen Keifer; a two-foot tall Brazilian deep purple amethyst geode; and another oil painting, Tratoria, by Anoor.

The silent auction will feature vacation travel packages and numerous local specialties. Gil Quesada, accomplished musician, entertainer, and arranger, will provide live entertainment.
