In case you didn't catch the so-called "blood moon" lunar eclipse last night, here's some video.

Turns out, not everyone headed to Griffith Park Observatory got to see it either. About two hours before the celestial show was about to start, vehicle access was shut off.

An assistant park services attendant at the observatory said the decision was made around 9:45 p.m. as parking lots and spaces at the observatory, Greek Theatre and along the hillside reached capacity.

I got up every hour waiting to see a red moon. Not even a drop of blood, I had a great spot to see the moon. Did they lie about?

I saw it at 12:05 am. It was amazing!!

At 12:15 am thin clouds obscured it. I went back to bed.
