Went on Brokers caravan in Malibu East today and saw an amazing home for sale on Retreat Court. What a beautiful home, situated on over an acre with lush mature landscaping and a grassy back yard with a pool. This 8 bedroom 8 bath home is listed for little more than a cool $15 million. This location is perfect for celebrity types who want to be near Cross Creek.

There are currently 47 homes in Malibu listed at more than $10 million of which three have listing prices more than $40 million. So far in the first half of 2011 there has been only one reported closed transaction that went for more than $10 million (one unreported $20 million dollar sale) and three closed sales worth more than $9 million. Additionally there are two pending sales worth more than $10 million dollars.
