Man Identified in Over the Side Crash in Malibu
A 34-year-old man from Covina died in Friday's crash, the Coroner's Office says.

The Coroner's Office Saturday identified the driver who was killed when his pickup truck fell 350 down a steep mountainside from Mulholland Highway in the Santa Monica Mountains above Malibu.
The motorist identified as Mike Ramirez, 34, of Covina, said Coroner's Lt. Larry Dietz.

Ramirez was the only person inside a green pickup during the crash, in the 35700 block of Mulholland Highway, which was reported to the California Highway Patrol at 2:54 p.m. Friday.
The crash was about 1-1/2 miles north of Leo Carrillo State Beach, and witnesses reported the truck was a "work vehicle."
