Two women were rescued Wednesday from a cliff at Escondido Falls in Malibu.
The women called for help about 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Capt. David Katz of the Malibu Search and Rescue Team.
A Los Angeles County Fire Department helicopter hoisted the women to safety and brought them to the Escondido Falls trailhead, Katz said.
