Calypso, a New York-based boutique, has plans to open in Malibu this fall.
The resort-style boutique is taking over the space of Malibu Lifestyles Woman at the Malibu Country Mart. Malibu Lifestyles Man will remain open.
Construction is ongoing. An opening date has not yet been announced, according to Calypso spokeswoman Nicole Brooks.
The brand is in the midst of an aggressive expansion plan across the West Coast, Brooks said. Calypso opened a new store in Century City Friday.
