V's Restaurant to Open in Malibu
The concept comes from partners Vassil Pertchinkov and Yassen Tonev, who worked at Guido's in Malibu.
Construction has been ongoing to transform what was formerly Charlie's Stakehouse into V's in Malibu.
The restaurant is applying for a conditional use permit, alcohol permit and a joint parking agreement, which will go before the Malibu Planning Commission at the end of the month.
The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. July 29 at Malibu City Hall.
According to L.A. Eater, the concept comes from partners Vassil Pertchinkov and Yassen Tonev, who worked at Guido's in Malibu. Chris Bocchino will serve as executive chef.
V's is on schedule to open this summer.
