“This is one of the most impressive homes I’ve ever seen,” stated Gold. “The owner had a unique vision, combined with the resources, passion, taste and time to create this one of a kind masterpiece. There is an abundance of materials used throughout the home, such as 500 year old teak that is just no longer available. Every detail of the entirely hand-made home has been precisely thought-out and impressively curated by the owner. As soon as you enter the home you cannot help but involuntarily smile – it is like entering a different world that’s a perfect combination of beauty and serenity. This compound consists of two legitimate, single family homes that can function separately and in unison, making it an attractive estate for a variety of buyers.”

Privacy and tranquility abound this home with beautiful waterfall walls and a Zen garden pool, a saltwater pebble stone infinity pool with swim-up bar, and a breathtaking Japanese Garden complete with natural stone, lilies, koi, and stone sculptures.

In addition to The Oasis, Concierge Auctions will also be auctioning the stunning estate of 21900 Briarbluff, which has undergone a meticulous and extensive renovation by renowned architect David Montalba Architects, Santa Monica to transform the existing house from a vertical to a more horizontal structure. The restoration and additions defined the terraced site with wood-clad walls that situate the house as a series of outdoor rooms with an indigenous landscape, and features a blend of unique stone and Brazilian walnut floor, floor-to-ceiling windows to capture the canyon and ocean views, built-in walnut millwork, a stone- clad interior water feature and a custom aquarium room divider.

The peace and quiet creates the perfect environment for rest and relaxation. This private retreat is comprised of four bedrooms and six bathrooms.

“I have seen this house come to life from the ground up,” stated Feder. “The property has had only 2 owners: the original owners who commissioned signature architects Buff, Smith and Hensman to build it, and the present owner, who commissioned a leading restoration architect David Montalba to enhance the estate with 2013 materials, appliances and infrastructure. For me, the soring canyons that surround the house are just as exciting as seeing the iconic Malibu Pier with its white water waves - which is the best surfing on the coast. This home represents history, serenity and the utmost quality of design and materials.”

“The home radiates a sophistication and elegance while simultaneously perpetuating a profound ease and fluidity that is emphasized with the infinity of the Pacific Ocean; there really is nothing else like it,” stated Rogers. “Having grown up on the edge of the Pacific in Southern California and spent years traveling all over the world, I can say firsthand that the beauty and refinement of this home is like Tuscany meets Malibu.”

The auctions of The Oasis, located at 341 & 345 West Channel Road, Santa Monica CA, and 21900 Briarbluff Drive, Malibu CA, will be held live on January 30. 2.5% commissions are offered to the buyers’ representing brokers.
