For fine hair gals, I like to use "It's A Ten" with a bit of thickening creme (best just a tiny bit, add more next time, also by a tiny bit) and mousse. This combo doesn't make the too stiff but will provide lift and fullness. Also try, TIGI Thickening Gel Creme or L'Oreal professional Texture Expert Volume-Elevation.
