Some Verizon FiOS customers in Malibu lost service Tuesday morning for about two hours.
The outage began about 9 a.m. and service was restored by 12:30 p.m., according to Verizon spokesman Jarryd Gonzales.
About 1,200 Verizon customers were impacted in Malibu and surrounding communities, Gonzales said.
The cause was under investigation.
