High Surf Expected in Malibu

The strong surf and elevated rip currents are expected through Tuesday morning in Malibu.

High surf up to seven feet and rip currents are forecast for western-facing beaches in Malibu on Tuesday.

Surf between three to five feet with some sets up to seven feet are expected through Tuesday morning, according to the National Weather Service.

Forecasters also warned of dangerous rip currents and sneaker waves along the Los Angeles County coastline.

Temperatures are set to reach a high of 60 degrees on Tuesday with an overnight low of 48 degrees.
