The Queen of England released her New Year Honours List this week, which included Malibu attorney Paul J. Wright for his services to British Business interests in the United States.
Wright, who formed Paul J. Wright & Associates in Malibu in 1990, was awarded the Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
Others on the list include Stella McCartney, a leading fashion designer, and Andy Murray, London Olympic’s Gold Medalist in tennis.
Wright specializes in domestic and international transactional litigation. He is in his second term as President of the British American Business Council Los Angeles and served as its Chairman from 2008 to 2009.
In 2011, Mr. Wright was founding member of the Board of the Variety Foundation and served as its General Counsel. He is on the Board of Britweek and serves as its General Counsel.
