CAMARILLO PROGRESSIVE MONTESSORI SCHOOL 40th ANNIVERSARY

Camarillo Progressive Montessori School is holding an open house on Saturday March 8. The Director and teachers will be on hand for tours and any inquiries.  They are celebrating their 40th year in Camarillo.  The school has pre school2 year olds to Kindergarten students.  They teach the Montessori method which incorporates respect for one's self, other people, and the environment including the classroom.  The teachers observe and record each child.  Incorporating phonics, reading, printing, math and theme projects along with socialization and independence which are the foundation of the Montessori schooling.  Building self esteem with structure and discipline are also the school's objective.
