Author Brandon Mull will sign his latest book Candy Shop War 2: Arcade Catastrophe on Friday, November 9 at 6: 30 PM at Barnes & Noble Thousand Oaks.
Mull is the author of the wildly popular children’s series Fablehaven, Beyonders, and Candy Shop Wars, as well as the picture books Pingo and Pingo and the Playground Bully. His stop in the Conejo Valley is a homecoming of sorts: he lived for a time in the area as a child, and attended local schools. He’ll be revisiting some of his old haunts on this book tour, which will see him reading his latest book at six area schools.
Because Barnes & Noble anticipates a large crowd for this event, numbers will be given out at the store’s Information Desk beginning at 4:30 PM on November 9, and customers will begin lining up in numerical order at 6 PM. While Mull will autograph copies of all his books, not just the Candy Shop War series, customers must show a sales receipt for each book the author signs.
