Love Your Body Challenge Begins at QT Fitness

February Challenge: Be kind to yourself because Talking
bad about yourself is so 2013!



Many of you know that we don’t use the “f” word inside
the studio….that terrible 3 letter word which we have all been guilty of using
to describe our bodies.



Unfortunately, as women, we are constantly being
pressured to live up to unrealistic ideas of what “beautiful” is…have you heard
of this thing called photo shop?

Don’t waste time comparing
yourself to other women and start focusing on your own unique beauty!  Are you just getting back into fitness?  Applaud the fact that you are HERE!  Everyone starts somewhere!  Are you still working towards your fitness
goals…focus on how far you have come rather than where you still want to go!



You can still love your body
even while trying to change it.  Change
doesn’t equal negative thoughts, change means you are making your health a
priority!

February challenge:



Take 12 QT Classes.  No more excuses!  Life is hectic, so make time for your
fitness.  Fitness and Discipline are not
just words, they are tools to care for yourself and empower you to be stronger
and more confident!



Say a positive affirmation
about yourself daily.  I am a big
believer of post-its and have them on mirrors throughout the house.  Every day I look into the mirror and want to
say something negative, I am reminded to say something positive instead!



When someone compliments you
say “Thank You” rather than making an excuse for whatever it is that you are
being complimented on!

Clients who take 12 or more
