By Richard Greenberg
Scott Alan Smith, Director
A famous architect dies, leaving his two children and their childhood friend the task of sorting out his mysterious will and making sense of their families' combined history—a job not made any easier by the discovery of a hidden journal. As the reunion turns increasingly tense, the three confront questions that have dogged them all their lives: questions of love, family, and, most important, what happened 35 years before, in that very apartment, during three days of rain. A 1998 Pulitzer Prize finalist.
