Reelstories Film Festival

5th Annual Reelstories Film Festival

Join Pepperdine students and the Malibu community for an evening of art, food and film. Check-in for RSFF2014 begins at 5 p.m.

This year's Reelstories will be taking place on January 31, 2014. For the 2014 student-produced festival, films being
screened include award-winning feature-length films Blackfish, Twenty Feet from Stardom and The Crash Reel.

Guests will enjoy a catered dinner and interactive art walk before heading to different venues on the Pepperdine campus to view the students films and feature documentary of their choice. Feature films will be shown after the student produced shorts. An awards ceremony will be held in Joslyn Plaza following the conclusion of Q&A sessions for each feature film. Tickets for the specific films will be available upon arrival.

**Reelstories is open to all who wish to attend and is free of charge**

Reelstories FilmFest was founded in 2009 by Pepperdine Alumna Susie Lee and a group of equally passionate students as an opportunity for student filmmakers to instill change by creating films that captivate and challenge the audience to think beyond the accepted norms in society. RSFF aims to showcase the student works which best resonate with this vision, as well as critically acclaimed feature length films. Now in its fifth year, Reelstories FilmFest continues to unite the Pepperdine community and the Malibu community through a night of celebrating and appreciating the art of film. Our purpose is simple: to utilize the power of film to reflect the reality that we envision for our world.
