Healing from grief,

Optimism for your journey, a

Plan for the future, and

Encouragement from others.

We are keeping the retreat small (25 women max.) and the goal of
Retreat H.O.P.E. is to put the focus on the mother who has experienced this
loss and to share valuable tools and insights that can be used over a lifetime
to care for her body, mind, and heart in new ways after loss.

Activities such as a Teamotions Tea Tasting and Education, a psycho-digestive
cooking class, yoga and meditation, writing and self-discovery, and group
discussion will help the mother to process, and transform grief into healing.

Organic food prepared by Ojai’s own Caspar Poyck will complement this
healing experience.
