The Listening Post Project Presents A Co-Counseling Workshop

The Listening Post Speaker Series continues with Sue Bryan, M.A & Life Coach (www.inward-journey.com), leading a workshop in Co-Counseling on Saturday, September 14th, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  Co-Counseling is a process for lay people to assist others in attaining freedom from rigid patterns of behaving and feeling.

Ms. Bryan states, "Daily life is full of minor disappointments and tiny hurts.  Each hurt is stored in the consciousness and then interferes with our later full engagement in, and zest for life.  In the workshop, we will relate the theory of stored hurts to our own experience in life.  We will learn the fundamentals of supporting another to release these stored"charges", and learn the signs of rigid patterns how to release them."  Following some guidelines, the participants will then practice the skills of co-counseling.

Malibu United Methodist Church hosts the workshop at 30128 Morning View Dr., Malibu, CA  90265.  Light refreshments will be served.
