That's right. There was a time when Malibu was considering scoopin' up the Bu and turning it into a Marina Harbor! BWA!!! What is Sam's... Fo' shame...! Glad that didn't happen 'cause it would've turned it into a Festering Upheaval of Seagull Shenanigans. Can you picture this?

Then there'd be boat traffic, illegal boat u-turns, boat rage and of course... the shutting down of PCH... um, I mean PCW (Pacific Coast Waterway) because of a waterslide. Then!!! The cops would have to make boats too and their sirens would be blaring, pulling people over into your boathouse and then everyone eating your veggie wraps that you just set out for your nephew's wedding. I'm talkin' mass hysteria... Then, there's the celebrity angle, so don't get me started. Sheesh!
