Malibu Inn is Servin' up the GOODS...

Been a while since I've been to the here at the Bu. And with a cool new shindig, General Manager Marcus Sumner (a Bu veteran) is proud to have some great stuff on the menu. Being a vegetarian, it's a bit of a challenge for me, but there were some tasty treats that Kathie and I nosedived into. (Nosedoved?)

We snagged a California Girl Tofu Sandwich with onions, roasted red peps and some Malibu sun-dried tomatoes. Along with a very unusual Gazpacho. This cold soup was a tantalizing taste of pureed veggies with cilantro, watermelon chunks and a bit of Perrier!

Plus, Marcus gave us an awesome tomato, balsamic, mozzarella salad that nearly knocked us over it was so good. Thud...
