If you've never heard of KCL Productions, don't worry. Although the Owner/Builder Kathie has been building Mascots for almost 40 years, you probably would never hear about her unless I told you. Why?
Because she's my wife and she'll probably kill me when she sees this. ;-)
But, Kathie's work is legendary. She was one of the original builders of HR Puf'N Stuff, The Banana Spilts, Mr. Roboto, Cujo, Power Rangers and hundreds of others that you probably grew up with. But today, Kathie's clients include all the Nintendo Characters, Ellen DeGeneres' Xmas Mascots, The White House and even The Superbowl. (Ellen's mascot "Slothy the Slowman" is giving out gifts every day this holiday for her "12 Days of Christmas Giveaways" episode daily.) Watch Slothy being built here.
Kathie's new BLOG/Website is actually written by our dog, Sammy, the KCL Mascot. She even puts the live animals to work in the fun.

There is no one I've ever met that exudes love for what they do better and I strive every day to be like her. Every costume is a piece of art and goes out with one single purpose. To make people smile.
That, by definition, is success in its purest form.
