Dinner and a Workout!

Tuesday is my new Dinner and a Workout night.  I am going to be posting healthy dinner ideas along with an awesome workout every Tuesday for the rest of this beautiful summer! Don’t let the motivation you had on Monday dwindle as the week goes on, fuel the fire and amp up your workouts each and every day of the week until your designated rest day.

Tonight's Dinner:

Lemon-Garlic Salmon, Rice Pilaf, Salad, Corn

Salmon: Drizzle one whole lemon over salmon. Press two cloves of garlic and spread evenly on the salmon. Let sit in the fridge marinating for about 30 minutes. Cook at 400 until flaky. (NO Butter or olive oil   necessary for this oily wild salmon, it was just perfect)

Corn: Boil Corn for about 6 minutes. NO butter or salt needed, corn is in season and it is perfectly sweet right now.

Salad: Chop one head of butter lettuce, add tomatoes, season with a little salt and pepper, dress with a dash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Rice Pilaf: Follow the directions on the back of the box!

 

WORKOUT

Toe Touch - 40
Plank Push - Ups - 5 each side
Burpees - 10
Sit Ups - 10
Mountain Climbers - 20
Push Ups - 10

Repeat this workout Three times for Time!
