Wells Fargo Bank opens new office in Trancas Shopping Center

Hi, neighbors, here's a little photo montage of the opening of the new Wells Fargo Bank office in the Trancas Ranch Market yesterday, Monday August 5.

The new West Malibu Wells Fargo store will serve the diverse financial needs of local Malibu residents, and be managed by an experienced team of branch and service managers. The store, in its uniqueness, will have a full staff of special private and premier bankers designated to work with affluent customers on managing complex portfolios that include checking, savings, consumer credit, business credit, insurance, investment and retirement and estate planning accounts. In addition, this new store will have an in-store business specialist on-site, daily, who will work with business customers to help them grow their business through various lines of productions ranging from merchant payment services, payroll services, small business lines and loans, equipment financing, secured and unsecured commercial lending and Small Business Administration loans.

Wells Fargo's new West Malibu store is also a great addition for the Malibu environment, as it was built as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)-certified building. This store was built using, among other things, sustainably grown, harvested and manufactured wood materials; low toxic paints; and a light harvesting system that cuts energy use by automatically adjusting indoor lighting for maximum use of available daylight.

 Wells Fargo is proud to join the West Malibu community and create partnerships with local residents and organizations. As part of the ribbon-cutting event, Wells Fargo made a total of $7,000 in donations to local organizations and nonprofits in the Malibu community, including the Boys and Girls Club of Malibu, Malibu High School, Fire Stations 71, 72 and 99, the Kiwanis Club of Malibu and the Friends of Malibu Urgent Care Center.
