Okay, so last night I went to bed thinking that, while the
DeVito fund grows, I need an additional plan.
Something a little more clever.
I need to do something that is guaranteed to get his attention. So I was thinking that I should sue him.
Nothing exorbitant, nothing that would piss him off, just a little suit for . . . say $20 . . . or something like that . . . maybe $50. Better make it a grand. (Just to cover attorney fees.).
Then I got to thinking what I could base my case on. How has he injured me?
And this is what I came up with: the pain and suffering which he has subjected me to by not reading my script . . . has caused irreparable damage to my brain.
And, with a mountain of evidence to support the many many many attempts I have made to get Mr. DeVito to read the script which would save the world . . . he has nevertheless, willfully and purposely, ignored me . . . and thus set in motion the brain damage . . . which my lawyer . . . the eminent attorney Peter Toft Combs . . . will prove to the court . . . beyond a shadow of a doubt.
(Naturally I would be willing to settle out of court in exchange for Mr. DeVito reading my script . . . and of course, attorney's fees.)
I will not be posting next Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday because I will be cutting, splitting, and stacking firewood . . . and will not have time to think nor write. However I will be back with you on Thursday.
P. P. S.
If anyone happens to see Pete Combs in the meantime, would you please mention his involvement in my latest plan.
