Twas the night before Christmas in our little town,
A Bernise Mountain Dog named Scout was wearing a frown.
His family had moved to another State,
Scout was abandoned, his future left to fate.
He was two years old and limped when he moved
The doctors said he needed a $2,700 shoulder surgery to fix his grove.
Two children wanted to adopt him and they lived in Point Dume,
They didn’t have the money, but they had lot’s of love and some room.
If we open our wallets and our hearts,
We can save Scout and give him a fresh start,
Santa will know what you are doing is right,
“Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.”
