UPDATE at 7:56 p.m.: All northbound lanes have been reopened on Pacific Coast Highway at El Matador State Beach after a closure caused by an injury traffic crash, authorities say.

A crash has closed the two northbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway at El Matador State Beach, says Lt. Michael Williams of the sheriff's Malibu-Lost Hills Station.
One person was taken to a hospital, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher Cheryl Sims.
