UPDATE: Signal Repaired at PCH and Temescal

A down signal at Pacific Coast Highway at Temescal Canyon Road snarled eastbound traffic Friday in Pacific Palisades.

The signal outage, and a fallen tree on Sunset Boulevard at Marquez Avenue that blocked all lanes, was causing major delays, according to Palisades Patrol.

Commuters are recommended to take PCH to Chautauqua Boulevard and return to the Palisades village center.

The signal was repaired about 3 p.m., according to Caltrans.
