UPDATE: Eastbound PCH Lanes Reopened near Tuna Canyon Road

The highway is now "running normally," according to the City of Malibu's Emergency Operation Center.

The City of Malibu's Emergency Operation Center reporting via its Twitter feed that the eastbound lanes on Pacific Coast Highway were closed in the early afternoon near Tuna Canyon Road.

The lanes were reopened shortly before 2:30 p.m. according to a second tweet, and PCH is now "running normally."
