A Mountains Recreation Conservation Authority supervisor reported his badge missing last week in Malibu.
The man, whose name was omitted from the report, told Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s deputies that he believes he left the work badge on top of his vehicle on Aug. 23.
The crew supervisor told deputies that he was driving from Corral Canyon Road along Pacific Coast Highway to Malibu Canyon, according to an incident report.
The badge is gold in color and can be returned to the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff’s Station, 27050 Agoura Road in Agoura Hills.
