This was a really brutal incident - it looked like one vehicle slowed down/stopped to park into the parking spot, and the car behind didn't see him stopped. I am not sure what the solution is to this "problem", but I think there needs to be a way to have people focus on driving and paying more attention to the road...

I see this all the time on PCH as I'm sure a lot of you do. It creates a very dangerous situation for all drivers. Sometimes those cars will sit in the traffic lane waiting for five minutes while the person who's spot they are trying to take is loading up the car and the family. Another problem area I am noticing is around Malibu Seafood where people park on one side of PCH and then run across all lanes to get to the other side, be it for the beach or the restaurant. Just yesterday as I was heading home a party of about eight people managed to bring PCH traffic to a dead stop as they decided to casually walk across PCH from the beach to get to Malibu Seafood. This endangered not only their lives but could have easily caused a wreck in either direction of PCH.
