An overturned vehicle blocked a westbound lane of Pacific Coast Highway Friday, according to authorities.
The accident was reported about 4 p.m. Friday on PCH at Topanga Canyon Road, near the Chart House, according to Malibu's Office of Emergency Management.
Traffic was backed up to the 10 Freeway in Santa Monica. The lane was cleared by about 5 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
