PCH Crash at Topanga Will Make 4th of July Travel Rough
Both eastbound lanes on Pacific Coast Highway are shut down.
A crash has shut down both eastbound lanes of Pacific Coast Highway at Topanga Canyon Boulevard, according to the City of Malibu Emergency Services.
The crash, believed to be a two-car collision, was reported at about 4:15 p.m., according to Sgt. Shawn Ruda of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Malibu/Lost Hills Station.
An emergency services message says motorists should expect major delays leaving Malibu.
