A pedestrian was injured Friday night in a hit-and-run crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
The crash was reported about 8:50 p.m. Friday on PCH at Malibu Canyon Road, according to Lt. Squire of the Lost Hills/Malibu Sheriff's Station.
A red Honda sedan, a late 90s or early 2000s model, fled from the scene eastbound on PCH, Squire said. Deputies were looking for the suspect vehicle.
The No. 2 lane on eastbound PCH was closed for the investigation.
