PHOTOS: Malibu Search & Rescue Brings Woman to Safety

The woman survived a 200-foot plunge over the side of Malibu Canyon Road.

Members of Malibu Search and Rescue used a litter to bring a woman in her 20s up a 200 foot canyon slope to Malibu Canyon Road. 

The crash was reported about 10:30 p.m. Monday on Malibu Canyon Road near Fransico Way, about one mile north of Pacific Coast Highway, according to Capt. David Katz of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Malibu Search and Rescue.
