Three hikers who got stuck at Escondido Falls off Escondido Beach Road in Malibu have been rescued, according to a county fire department dispatcher.
A helicopter was used to haul the hikers in what was called a cliff rescue, first reported at 5:16 p.m. The rescue was over by 5:33 p.m., she says, and the hikers were OK.
