The Draft EIR for the Civic Center Wastewater Treatment Facility Project is available for review at on the city's website, Malibu City Hall, Malibu Public Library. Copies of CDs may be purchased for $2 (+ postage if mailing is requested) upon request at City Hall. Please contact the Planning Department at 310-456-2489, ext. 245, to request a CD. All comments should be submitted in writing and directed to Senior Planner Bonnie Blue or by mail at 23825 Stuart Ranch Road, Malibu, CA 90265.
60-day Comment Period: May 30, 2014 - July 28, 2014
Where to Send Comments: Comments must be submitted in writing by the deadline and reference EIR No. 13-001. Agency responses should include the name, address, email address, and telephone number of the person serving as the primary point of contact for this project within the commenting agency.
