Want a Passport? You Can Schedule an Appointment Online
As of June 30, more than 800 passport applications and modification requests have been processed by the Malibu Acceptance Office in 2014.

The Malibu City Hall Passport Acceptance Office now offers easy online scheduling for passport appointments at www.malibucity.org/passport.
Passport applicants can select a convenient appointment based on available time slots on the displayed calendar. Once an appointment is scheduled online, the applicant receives a confirmation email with all the requirements for their appointment, including documentation, fees, etc., included for reference. A followup reminder email goes out 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
The city of Malibu was designated an official Passport Acceptance Office by the U.S. Department of State in January 2004. To meet the sharply increasing demand for passport processing, the city instituted an appointment-only system earlier this year. As of June 30, more than 800 passport applications and modification requests have been processed by the Malibu Acceptance Office in 2014.
