The $30 Million Beach House That's Half off the Original Asking Price

Bill and Cheryl Chadwick's dream home on Carbon Beach is the focus of a recent Epic episode.

Apparently, they don't mention that the house is for sale (a hair under $30 million. according to this listing) but say you can duplicate the couple's dream home-building efforts for $37 million. 

According to a previous Patch article -- where you can get all the scoop on the political wrangling that went on behind the scenes to get the half-acre, beachfront property built -- the house originally went on the market in 2008 for $65 million.
