UCLA Lists Malibu Home for $12 Million

The home was bequeathed to the university by Philip and Genevieve May, renowned UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute schizophrenia experts.

UCLA is selling the former Malibu home of Philip and Genevieve May, renowned UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute schizophrenia experts for $12 million.

The home, known as Mays' Landing, is located at 28820 Cliffside Drive in Malibu, according to Westside Estate Agency, which is handling the listing.

“This is one of the top five bluff-top locations in Malibu, right above Little Dume and with incredible views of the surf, beach and city lights,” said listing agent Mark S. Gruskin of Westside Estate Agency.

Buyers must submit sealed bids by 5 p.m. on May 21. The minimum bid is $11,595,000.
