Film Festival to Showcase 'Reel' Good Student Filmmakers

Pepperdine University will host a student-run film festival this week in Malibu.

The fourth annual REELSTORIES Film Festival is set to begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, with a VIP reception and party in Mullin Town Square followed by three screenings, according to organizers.

Attendees will pick up tickets for a film of their choice. Local food trucks and interactive art exhibits will also be available.

Three different feature-length documentaries and a series of short films from aspiring Pepperdine student filmmakers will be screened.
