Southwestern League champion Temecula Valley is the No. 1 seed and will face a wildcard winner in the first round. Placentia Valencia is the No. 4 seed and will also open against a wildcard winner.

If the teams tie 9-9 in sets, the team that wins the most games is the victor. If there is still a tie, tiebreakers are played to determine a winner.
