MHS Tennis Players Take Tri-Valley Individual Championships

Malibu High School students Britta Mosser, Raven Odian and Rachel Purewal won the Tri-Valley League Individual Championships on Thursday.

Senior Britta Mosser won her third consecutive championship by beating teammate Lauren Louks, 6-3,6-0 at Oak Park High School.

The doubles team of Raven Odian and Rachel Purewal won the title by convincingly beating Oaks Christian’s Gabby Stevens and Lauren Ashton 6-0,6-2.

Mosser, Louks, Odian and Purewal advance to the CIF Individual Preliminary competition Nov. 19 at the Cate School in Carpenteria.
