Malibu Adoptions Can Save These Lives

Sony
The 21st century. Focus on technology. So, naturally, the South L.A. shelter now has Sony for you. This amazing boy has the scruffy hair of a terrier but the body and prance of a corgi. He's downright adorable from whichever angle you choose. You can push most any button and he'll respond with a wag of the tail.  He lights up when the leash comes out. No batteries necessary. 

Sony came in as a stray so, while we don't know much about his background, we do know that he is most likely house-trained. Once out of the kennel, Sony will sniff, do his business, then get out his GPS and navigate over in your direction. He has a selection of apps that he can employ such as licking and cuddling.  

Sony is one of those dogs, just like shepherds, who do not do well with barriers. Once outside of the kennel, he is totally different, affectionate pup. At 3 years of age and a robust 46 pounds, Sony is hoping to plug in with you. 

Come visit and you'll probably throw away all those new-fangled gadgets in favor of an old-fashioned, wonderful dog. Sony's Adoption ID No. is A1397359.

Betsy
Betsy may or may not have sewn the first American flag for George Washington. She's an older gal but probably not that old. Approximately 9 years, they are saying. Betsy is a generous soul. Very giving. In fact, she'll give you a paw-shake the minute you sit down with her. First one paw and then the other. 

This chunk of love is 80 stout pounds and a bit of a ham. Not to mention a challenge on a leash. She's large and low and wants to go exploring the minute you get her out of the kennel.

Everyone at the shelter adores Betsy. She's so huggable, always grinning, and has great manners. She will give a bark of greeting as you approach, just enough to make sure you notice her and take her out for a walk. Imagine what fun it would be to share your sewing projects with a Labrador like Betsy Ross.  And every other aspect of your life as well.
