He advocates for pedestrians and cyclists who have been injured, and represents people in uninsured motorist cases. David also handles premises liability cases. When insurance companies do not live up to their contractual agreements, David represents individuals in insurance bad faith cases.</p> <p>David was named to the prestigious Best Lawyers of America (2011, 2012), and to Southern California Super Lawyers (2007-2012).
