Hilary Frazer Abeger, Neighbor

Hilary Frazer Abeger is a writer living in the Malibu area. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas and attended boarding school and college on the East Coast. Abeger earned undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s from the University of Michigan.

She has written everything from play and movie reviews for a now defunct downtown weekly newspaper in Philadelphia to boring health care policy speeches and equally boring health care policy reports for a Washington, D.C.-based social policy research organization (aka a think tank). She is hard at work on her first book— a true crime thriller about the closure of a bawdy house in a small town in Texas in the 1960s.
